How long do the cakes stay fresh?
Carrots & Dates Cake: up to 7 days. Rich Plum Cake: up to 15 days. Matured Rich Plum Cake: up to 30 days. Store in a cool, dry place.
Can I send a cake as a gift?
Yes – add the recipient’s address at checkout and write a gift message. Prices are never printed on the package.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and popular wallets, all through Razorpay.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
Yes! Use the Corporate Gifting enquiry form on the home page and our team will contact you.
My payment failed but money was debited.
Don’t worry – failed payments are automatically reversed by your bank within 5–7 working days. You can retry payment from your order page.
