Cancellations

Because our cakes are baked to order, you can cancel an order free of charge until it is marked “Being prepared”. Call +91 89431 50000 or email [email protected] with your order number.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay. They usually reach your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.

As food items are perishable, we are unable to accept returns once delivered in good condition.
